Octogen has established itself as a leading Financial Wellbeing provider and Debt Counselling company in South Africa. Our purpose is to educate and assist consumers in personal financial management and help them reduce their debt to improve their financial position.
Confidentiality and integrity form the cornerstone of our service. Our certified Debt Counsellors are registered with the National Credit Regulator (NCR) and the Debt Counsellors Association of South Africa (DCASA) and has signed the Industry Code of Conduct.
We negotiate debt repayments directly with Credit Providers and use agreed fee and interest rate concessions in line with the National Credit Act (NCA) and Task Team Agreement.
